Value Assist - Smart, Simple & Streamlined

Value Assist is a Workflow based Property management system for Municipalities and Local Governments.

Value Assist first developed by Data World in 1997 and has since evolved into a state of the art integrated solution for property valuation and management that is fully compliant with the Municipal Property Rates Act of 2004. In its third generation, it has been developed by industry experts with years of domain experience and founded on industry best practices. It supports property-related transactions against all property types, including Single Residential properties, Non Residential properties, Agricultural properties, Sectional Title properties and Public Service Infrastructure.

The various features of Value Assist 3.0 include:

• Property Engine - consisting of a Search function and an Attribute edit function, which allows for the capture & edit of property attributes such as Address and Property Description
• Document Manager - which allows for the upload, download and search of documentation.
• Valuation Engine – which allows for the capture of property characteristics as well as the generation of the market value of a property based on the characteristics that are captured
• GIS Viewer – which displays the aerial imagery for each property within a municipality and which includes standard functionality such as Pan and Zoom
• Workflow Engine – which allows for the triggering and processing tasks from end to end. It includes various features including as Diarise Task, Assign Task and Queue Task
• Valuation Roll Generator – which generates a General Valuation roll / Supplementary Valuation Roll on the fly
• Deeds Office Tool – which picks Deeds Office files up Deeds Office files and processes ownership transfers and new properties automatically
