                        from the system perspective but also for the purpose of streamlining Business Operations.
                        To achieve this our resources are embedded in the client organisation and they study
                        the functioning, creating Business cases and filing System Enhancement requests

                        Desktop Support
                    
                    
                        This involves deploying Data World resources onsite in order to provide Desktop
                        support to end users. They also monitor the server performance and perform day-to-day
                        operations like Backups. This Level 1 support is backed up by our support team in
                        Durban, which remotely handles escalated cases. This model is aligned to ITIL
                 
                
                    
                        Skills Development
                    
                        Our objective is to empower the customer to handle on their own the day-to-day maintenance
                        and operations of the system. Our skills transfer methodology serves the customer
                        in identifying the resources for skills transfer, training them with both structured
                        and informal means.
